NOW HIRING:  SERVICE WRITER – OAKES TOYOTA / OAKES CHEVROLET

We are looking for a friendly and organized Service Writer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

 • Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs

 • Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs

 • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians

 • Maintain clear communication between customers and the repair team

Qualifications:

 • Excellent customer service and communication skills

 • Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required

 • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

 • Basic computer skills
